What we do with what you send us.
Two things live here. What happens to a situation report after you press send, and the disclaimer a company in this position is obliged to carry.
What the situation-report form collects
Nine fields, four of which are required. Your name and email address, because a reply has to go somewhere. The water body and what goes wrong in it, because without those there is nothing to answer. Everything else is optional: your organization, your role, when the problem happens, what it costs you, and anything else you want to tell us.
There is one more field on the form, hidden from anybody using a browser normally. Automated submissions fill it in and get discarded. Humans never see it, and nothing typed into it is read by a person.
What happens to it
The form does not write to a database on this site. What you send is turned into an email and delivered to the program inbox through a third-party sending service, and it is read by the people who will answer it.
That email carries two things you did not type: the page you sent it from, and the two-letter country code Cloudflare attaches to the request. Both are there so that an inquiry can be placed in context before somebody replies to it. Neither is used to build a profile of you.
Your email address is set as the reply-to address, which means the answer comes from a person and lands in your inbox as an ordinary email. There is no ticket number and no automated sequence.
Uses we rule out
- It is not sold, rented or traded. Not to a data broker, not to a partner, not to anybody.
- It is not added to a marketing list or an automated email sequence. Sending us a situation report does not subscribe you to anything.
- It is not passed to another company in this network without asking you first.
- It is not used to advertise to you, here or anywhere else. This site runs no advertising and buys none.
Asking us to delete it
Write and say so. Reply to the email we sent you, or use the form again with the same address, and the copy we hold is deleted. You do not have to give a reason and it does not affect anything else.
One limit. If we have already replied, that reply exists in your inbox and in ours as an ordinary email thread, and deleting our copy does not reach into anyone else's.
Cookies, trackers and third-party hosts
This site sets no cookies of its own. It runs no analytics product, no advertising pixel and no social-media tracker. Nothing on these pages is loaded from a third-party host — the fonts, the images, the stylesheet and the small amount of JavaScript are all served from this domain, which is also why there is no consent banner to click past.
Cloudflare hosts and serves the site. Delivering a web page means handling the request, so Cloudflare processes your IP address and standard request information in the ordinary course of doing that, in the same way any host does for any website. We do not receive that data as a dataset and we do not analyze it.
Certifications, roles and retention
We hold no ISO or SOC certification and claim none. We have not appointed a data-protection officer or a representative in the European Union or the United Kingdom. We have not published a retention schedule, because we have not set one — inquiries are kept in the program inbox until they are of no further use, or until you ask us to remove them.
If your procurement process needs any of the above in writing, ask. You will get an accurate description of where we are, which may be the answer that a control does not yet exist.
Forward-looking statements
This site contains forward-looking statements within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933 and Section 21E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Statements about plans, capabilities, intended deployments, expected results and the future performance of any system described here are forward-looking. They rest on assumptions that may prove wrong.
Actual outcomes may differ, and in this field they may differ a great deal. Coastal water is variable, treatment at scale is unproven in the published literature, permits can be refused, and programs can fail to meet the parameters set for them. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a result.
Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, and nothing here is investment advice. Alarivean, Inc. does not warrant that the information on this site is complete or free of error, and accepts no liability for a decision taken on the basis of it. Do not make an investment decision from a website. Ask for the documents, and take your own advice.
Technical claims and performance
Figures on these pages either carry a source you can open or are attributed to Alarivean as our own account of our own equipment. The documents behind a program lists each record with the body that issued it.
Nothing on this site is a warranty of what will happen on your water. Performance commitments are made after a site read, in writing, with their assumptions attached, and they are made in a contract rather than on a web page.

The next step
Tell us about your water.
The water body, what goes wrong, when it happens and what it costs. Ten minutes, and a site read comes back before any commercial conversation.
